Yep, all the hell the way down there...just 90 miles from Cuba.
I play bass and sing in a band called the Atomic Piranhas. We have a myspace, and soon a punkrock.org page. I'm just lazy about the internet-updating thing.
Music owns, and it's all I really care about. Especially punk, cause that's our shitty, fucked, struggling scene down here. No live bands, so we have to make our own. It's all Jimmy Buffett covers, Village people karaoke and no passion hacks making money for more zima. I love this island, but we need a revolution bad.
I'm 19 and attend the Community College here, cause I didnt leave for a university. Oh yeah, I'm "retarded" for not going away to school,lol.

Interests:
Playing music, writing songs. Writing in general. My Band! Reading, anything that makes me think..or laugh, if I'm too ADD to read something weighty that day. The comics will suffice. The ocean, which is, y'know, all around where I live. Politics, though I try to distance myself from them, for sanity. Longboarding, drawing, posting up on Duval St. and fucking with passerby, going out on boats and drinkin, partyin, pirate stylee.

I listen to way too much,and really love ska, but tops as of now are the specials, incubus, streetlight manifesto, Black Flag, Sublime, The Clash,Common Rider, Operation Ivy,Flogging Molly, Misfits, Buju Banton, Dead Kennedys, Descendents, Old Crow Medicine Show,the pogues, Rancid, Whole Wheat Bread, Artic Monkeys, the Minutemen, toots and the maytals, desmond dekker, finntroll, green day, ramones, and fuck I should probly stop.
