Bio:
Needles is a punk rock band from the north of France created in 2002. Jon and his brother Ben got many experiences in differents bands and they decided to play together under the name of Burnout. They are joined by Alex, Jon's school friend, and begin to do shows. But they wanted to add something more melodik to complete their songs, and Cle, Ben's childhood friend, arrived. With the new member Cle, Burnout decided to change his name for needles
Needles is the working friend of Marty Macfly in Back to the future interprated by Flee the bass player of Red Hot Chili Papers. Fans of this trilogy since many years the band decided to call the band Needles in reference to the movie and to the caricature that Needles represented in the movie The adventure of Needles has really begin on september 2005 with the Label GOBT Records (Go Off the Beaten Track) and biggest shows with foreigners bands like UVR (USA), No Mayers 50 (Ger), Vanillia sky (Ita), and french bands like Carving (Lille), Guerilla Poubelle (Paris), Full Screen (Paris), Burnout (Paris)....
In 2004 Needles wanted to register songs and they met Olive and his home studio Electrik box ( www.electrikbox.fr.s t).
So "Burnout"(2005) in reference to the first name of the band, first Ep, is representative of what Needles is and what Needles can do.
In may 2006 alex (drums) decided to leave the band and Rémi joined needles.
