About me:
I am a political science student here at Winthrop University studying the political movements of punk rock. I am married with no kids, I just turned 30 this summer and that's kind of cool because I was born the summer of '76 the summer of the RAMONES tour of England and the birth that year of the Sex Pistols and the Clash. I am trying to make as many friends as possible on punkrock.org because I love punk and I would like to hear from as many people as possible about who they are, and why they listen to punk. This is a huge subculture and in a lot of ways, it's kind of like a big dysfunctional family. I am especially interested in politics and from time to time I will put out a blog about a particular topic I am studying here at school. So I will probably ask you to be my friend and it would be awesome if you did and then came and sent me a comment or what ever. Thanks

Interests:
I am starting a special research project here at Winthrop University were I am going to interview as many punks as possible to learn about how punk rock has influenced American Politics. I am going to set up a website survey that people can take and I will complie the results into an academic paper. This should be interesting and I would like as many people who can to help me with this.
