Bio:
Hailing from the land of pawn shops, cactus, and strip malls, Big Vinny and the Cattle Thieves are a 3-piece band of hellions from Phoenix, AZ who like to indulge in lo-fi rock n' roll. Influences range from artists like The Drags and The Reatards to more eccentric outfits such Devo and Captain Beefhart.
Two Cd-R's have been recorded thus far and they can be heard on numerous indy comps. Their first full-length entitled 13th and Farmer was released some time ago, and the band recently put out a 3-track single called I Was a Teenage Premature Ejaculator (which is now currently available on 7" black and blue colored vinyl on May Cause Dizziness Records). They have one tour under their belts and have shared the stage with numerous acts such as...The Riverboat Gamblers, Groovie Ghoulies, The Spits, Lost Sounds, Angry Amputees, Deadbolt, Zeke, Midnight Thunder Express, Viva L' American Death Ray, The Reatards, The Wongs, 78 RPM, Los Straitjackets, Throw Rag, The Briefs, as well as a myriad of others.
