Bio:
SOME SENSE OF SECURITY
Started when lead singer Holly Ogilvie and Drummer Ruairidh whitecross were playing swing ball and decided to form what would eventually be Some Sense of Security. Half a year later, shortly after christmas, Lead Guitarist Jamie Martin Joined. However, they were still short of a bassist. Although, it wouldn't take long for Future Bassist Euan Kerr to make himself known.
In the Spring of 2007 we recorded our first EP at old mill studios and in the summer, we played our first gig.
Recently, we have gone from strength to strength with each song and each gig better than the last. Late 2007 / early 2008 saw us returning to The Old Mill to record our second EP "Feeling free is our modern disease" and playing gigs at venues such as Barfly Glasgow, Old Mill studios and Claremont church hall.
