Bio:
History : Formed by early January 2007 in Padang. Early from small reunion 4 people Ex Don Bosco High School Padang : Ryan(Yeye), Nindo(Tonjot), Ivan, Alvin. Because of four of them both of the same like The Ramones, hence they mutually agree to the form a band with formation : Tonjot : Guitar - Vox Ivan : Guitar - Vox Yeye : Bass - Vox Alvin : Drum – Vox then determined the band’s name after through debate of length. Agreed on a proper name that is, THE PESTOL. Inspiration : Besides Ramones, The Pestol is also influenced by Punk rock bands and Ska be like : Rancid, Sex Pistol, The Clash, Nofx, Dropkick Murphys, Blink 182, The Specials, Desmond Dekker, Madness,The Who etc. And The Time Goes By… : Month of July 2007, Ivan set mind on vacuum of band and continuing study to Jakarta. To fill blankness, Fergo an old friend invited to replace Ivan. So that formation change : Tonjot : Guitar – Voxl Fergo : Guitar – Vox Yeye : Bass – Vox Alvin : Drum – Vox. After 1 month of walking with formation newly, again The Pestol losing of 1 personnel again. Month of August 2007, Yeye also express vacuum of band to continuing study to Jakarta propose Ivan. Tonjot, Fergo and Alvin mutually agree to for not to recruit again, because nobody can replace Ivan and Yeye. So that formation return to change : Fergo : Guitar - Bass – Vox Tonjot : Bass – Guitar – Vox Alvin : Drum – Vox.This formation mutually agree to to be defended shall Ivan and Yeye return to join. Profile Personil : Tonjot Pestol borned in Padang 13 Mei 1987, by the name of delivering birth Lenindo. Ivan Pestol borned in Padang 16 Februari 1988, by the name of delivering birth Ivan Afandi. Fergo Pestol borned in Padang 21 Februari 1988, by the name of delivering birth Fergo Treska. Yeye Pestol borned in Padang 10 Desember 1987, by the name of delivering birth Ryan Putra. Alvin Pestol borned in Padang 26 Mei 1988, by the name of delivering birth Alvin Medianto. We’Re Not Just A Band, We’re Family…!!
