Bio:
The Fire Still Burns began in New Jersey during the summer of 2004 and features members from some of Jersey's most seminal and noteworthy hardcore/punk bands (i.e.- Lifetime, Ensign, Ex Number Five, Vision, the Scarlet Letter, Strength 691 - etc).
The members have each individually spent the last 15-20 years of their lives devoting themselves to the underground music scene. Veterans of both the studio and the road, TFSB are itching to get things going and get back to what the members know best: writing music, recording records and playing shows.
Brought together by enduring friendships and a mutual love for melodic punkrock in the vein of Samiam, Dag Nasty, Avail, Strike Anywhere, Rise Against and countless others, these guys are drawing heavily on prior endeavors and current favorites to re-invent a sound that is both timeless and beloved.
