Bio:
the pain started out in 1983,out of distorted and no disgrace,first demo came out in 84,followed by demo`s in 85/87,nothing ever got released it was basic d.i.y tapes that were churned out,the band them split ,reforming in 91 and turning to a 5 piece,agin only demo`s were recorded in 92/94,that line up split in 95,the band reformed in 2002 releasing(finally ) an album-`arab on the hill`.
along the way the band have gigged with many `top` punk/ska acts.
