A sick ploy to pickup kittens or keep the ones we have dangling! Now touring,The Parole board has let us cross state lines (all except MI. AZ. MS. IN. NM. NY. FL. HI. The Phillipines,South America and some others our council has refrained us from listing due to ongoing litigation) In the O.C. this is how we roll.
