So brickfish.com has this competition I entered, I suggested a punk centered music campaign to spread the Punk message!!! Vote for me on this site, I plan to use the monies from winning to begin my startup of an independent punk radio station in small town USA, so its a good cause people...description is below
I'd like to see a punk rock campaign on Brickfish. I'm thinking an educational thing. Punk rock is more than mohawks and piercings, theres a strong culture behind it. Maybe different aspects including Anarcho-punk, Hardcore Punk, New-wave, Post-Punk, Oi!, Pop Punk and Power Pop, Straight Edge, Ska-punk, Folk Punk, Reggae-Punk, Celtic Punk, Queercore, Riot Grrrl, and Emo. I'd like to see this because the teenagers growing up today don't know much of anything about this truly interesting genre. So the campaign Idea, take up one of these topics or come up with your own, submit an educational video at least 3 minutes long and a diary of your research and video making process.
