Yesterday I, embodying my alter ego, played a 5 card-draw of poker against my detached ego.
I was having my advantage over most of the game till ego, confidant of his triumph, fiercely bet his lover’s bracelet and placed it on the pot. Any delving on my prone to be candid yardstick of love for you left? His last raise ensued by a glorious bluffing fold, I lost everything to my ego. Will we underestimate and tragically neglect our Axis Mundi? Ancient Greeks had their gods and a pair of eagles carrying an Omphalos to the navel of the world. I have my fifth element and two hands hosting us a home.
