Actions come from those who made them. You must understand yours and you can understand other’s. When these last ones show themselves incomprehensible you must not punish yourself like if your own actions you are failing to understand. You ought to carry on and not to spend too much time rationalizing it.
Some actions have no sense and reason to be comprehended by those who made them so trying to understand them is useless, unless you intend to prove that other person why that action was made. Which, in spite of the result may be having impact on you, it is not your responsibility.
