Lasting longer than you expected
I life defying your word
You said I'd die
You live a lie
I stand alone unheard
You shed your evel all over my soul
Like feathers of a blackened dove
My heart is scarred
Impaled with a shard
Of broken, shattered love
Now I know what I must do
You've nearly brethed your last
I'll end your life
You'll meet the knife
I'll forget about the past.
