This'll make you laugh help make my decision.
My friend/former band mate is a metalhead and wants to play in my new stricktly punk band, that means dedicated punx who have a passion for the music and what the whole ''punk'' means to us and our lives.
he's a real good friend but wants to play thinking that slipknot is better than the sex pistols.
I gave him the benifit of the doubt and acted like he didn't really bloody say that, I told him once he really hears The Sex Pistols he won't think slipknot is any good and he says......we'll see.
should I even let him try out and see if he can play the punk style (he never heard of dead kennedys, adicts, black flag, or anti-flag)

Ever know a person who...
thinks and acts, or does something they aren't?
I know too many of them but one person who is sticking out the most is a former band mate of mine, she thinks she is punk rock, she thinks people think she is punk rock, she thinks she is hardcore, thinks people think she is hard core, she thinks she is in love, but she's just desperate for dick!
what I think about her is that she has FAKE written on her forehead
and liar written on the back of her head!
either that or emo/gothic wanna be punk poseur!
I doubt anyone actually knows someone like that.....
