summer memories
i've had a great summer!! i was very impulsive and just did what i wanted to do - okay, it did include days of laying around, but that's basic holiday. i went to see one of finland's biggest summer rock festivals, provinssirock, but during the second day, when danko jones was performing, i realized i was sick. i don't really drink alcohol and still i started to vomit. more than that, i WAS sick, weak and exhausted and had to go back to our tent. next morning i woke up with a stranger sleeping next to me and i took the first train home. okay, i didn't see my favourite bands (almost hurts to admit, but PARAMOREE...foo fighters :[ ) but i saw linkin park and the gig was so amazing i can't get it out of my head - now i love the band!!
been hanging out with friends, made lots of new ones and i had ONE PRACTISE with my band. it's sad but i have hope. maybe the boys will get it together when the school starts...
i really love being myself and living the life i have, filled with music and friends and so many interesting new things. i have endless possibilities and i'm just happy.
and maybe when i turn eighteen (next february) i might find myself a guy.

oh yeah!!
today this guy at my school asked me to sing in his band !!! their music is supposed to be something relaxing, kind of rock, funk sort of thing (that's what he said) and they thought of me being the singer after our choir's easter concert :D (oh my god i sang gospel there)
this is awesome, i just hope this thing works out.

woohoo!!
i had my first drumming lesson today and it was really fun even though i think i have no talent at all :) my hands hurt now which is really sad but i'll get there. i'm gonna be a real musician in so many ways!!
i'm gonna go to summer festivals!! i have to!! god i want the tickets now but i think i'll have to wait a week or something (mother gets money)...
my brain is so empty right now. i have to go to bed...

family ties <3
my mother is in town to help us pack our things - we are moving next month. i hate this so much. my dad is complitely drunk and he just listens to music real loud, doesn't pack anything and then claims that he should have everything in the divorce. he whines like a baby and wants the bigger bedroom and suddenly he starts a "funny" conversation about hitler (?).
i have to live with my dad because i can't afford my own place. i can't move in with my mom because i go to school here (and i love my school). i think i might just kill my dad. first he didn't want the divorce and tried to stop drinking and start bonding with us. then he stopped the act (didn't get any responce from us) and everything went to hell. i don't think he really goes to work anymore. he brings his friends home, is always out drinking and when it was time to start fixing up the place for the real estate people he just didn't do a thing. me and sister did all the work. now he acts like a brat and i'm just so angry (not even depressed right now, just pissed off.)
thank god i'm leaving town for a day...
