I would pick synthetic oil instead of crude oil. According to wikipedia.com, it doesn’t really tell you how much it would really cost, but it is less expensive then petroleum. It is generally to provide superior mechanical and chemical properties than those found in traditional mineral oils. It’s a brownish color, and it is a bit watery. Another form of synthetic oil is that produced at kcmq Syncrude sands plant. We could get it from Germany, Canada, or South Africa. Crude oil would not be obsolete,
